Day 14: Journey to the Heart of Annapurna
Day fourteen beckons as you trek from Upper Pisang to the soul-stirring beauty of Manang. Starting at 3,250 meters (10,662 feet), ascend to Manang at 3,519 meters (11,545 feet) with an elevation gain of 269 meters (882 feet). Navigate the ascending route along a northwest river, entering a pine forest, and passing the serene Green Lake. Ghyaru, a high-altitude village, unveils stunning views of Annapurna II, III, IV, Tilicho Peak, Pisang Peak, and Gangapurna.
Continuing the trek, traverse Tibetan settlements with chortens and prayer flags, reaching Ngawal Village [3,660 meters/12,007 feet]. A short distance from Ghyaru, this village is a gateway to Manang. Explore the largest monastery in the region, Braga Monastery, as you approach Manang.

Day 15: Manang Exploration and Acclimatization
Situated at 3,519 meters (11,545 feet), the fifteenth day calls for exploration and acclimatization in the vibrant settlement of Manang. Visit the Himalayan Rescue Association at Vraja Village or leisurely stroll around the captivating high-altitude tourist destination. Conclude the day with an overnight stay in Manang.

Day 16: Ascending to Yak Kharka
Ascending further with an inclining route from Manang at 3,519 meters (11,545 feet), proceed with a day’s trek to Yak Kharka at 4,120 meters (13,517 feet) with an elevation gain of 601 meters (1,971 feet). Cross a stream ascending toward Tenki Village, leave behind the Marsyandgi Valley, and head north towards the Jar Sang Khola Valley.
Traverse yak pastures and juniper forests, making your way to the Gunsan Village. Ascend across a wooden bridge, leading to the tranquil meadow of Yak Kharka.
